Story

One evening just after arriving in Hong Kong I went to dinner at the Pizza Hut in Percival Street, Causeway Bay. The bill for my dinner came to around $72, and I $80 in notes. To avoid extra change I gave the $2 as an extra coin, expecting to get a $10 note back (this was before $10 coins).

Naturally the waiter smiled, said "Thanks very much", and taught me my first tipping lesson...
